To participate in the activity, students who register for the Poster Presentation must prepare 6 items as follows

1. Abstract

Participants submitting work in both oral presentation and poster presentation formats must prepare an abstract with a length of 1 A4 page in PDF file format, with margins of 1.2 inches from the left edge and 1 inch from the right edge of the paper. The text should be written in English using Times New Roman font, size 10 pt, with 1.5 line spacing.

2. Extended Abstract

Participants submitting work in both oral presentation and poster presentation formats must prepare an Extended Abstract not exceeding 4 A4 pages in portrait orientation, in PDF file format, with margins of 1.2 inches from the left edge and 1 inch from the right edge of the paper. The text must be written in English using Times New Roman font, size 10 pt, with 1.5 line spacing. 3. Plagiarism Checking

The submission of Extended Abstract must be checked for plagiarism using either Turnitin (with AI detector) or iThenticate (with AI detector). The resulting similarity index must not exceed 30%. When uploading the work, the plagiarism check report document must be attached

4. Research Ethics Compliance Checklist

Project advisors must complete and submit the " Research Ethics Compliance Checklist" This form serves to confirm their oversight of the project's methodology, procedures, and adherence to the required ethical standards for researchers.

5. Poster Display (Poster Board)

The poster must be prepared in English. It should include title, abstract, objectives, methodology, results, discussions, conclusions and acknowledgement.
Size A0: 84.1 centimeters and wide 118.9 centimeters high (portrait orientation).

6. E-Poster (for "Project Popular Vote" activity)

Participants submitting work in both oral presentation and poster presentation formats must prepare an E-Poster sized 1,705 x 2,272 pixels in portrait orientation, with 300 dpi resolution, in JPEG or PNG file format. The content must be written in English.

Important Note:

Participants in the Poster Presentation category must deliver their presentation in English at their assigned poster board. The presentation is limited to 5 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session with the committee. For the Q&A, participants may choose to answer in either Thai or English. A 5-minute transition period is scheduled between each presentation.
