Project Categories:
1. Abstract
Participants submitting work in both oral presentation and poster presentation formats must prepare an abstract with a length of 1 A4 page in PDF file format, with margins of 1.2 inches from the left edge and 1 inch from the right edge of the paper. The text should be written in English using Times New Roman font, size 10 pt, with 1.5 line spacing.
2. Extended Abstract
Participants submitting work in both oral presentation and poster presentation formats must prepare an Extended Abstract not exceeding 4 A4 pages in portrait orientation, in PDF file format, with margins of 1.2 inches from the left edge and 1 inch from the right edge of the paper. The text must be written in English using Times New Roman font, size 10 pt, with 1.5 line spacing. 3. Plagiarism Checking
The submission of Extended Abstract must be checked for plagiarism using either Turnitin (with AI detector) or iThenticate (with AI detector). The resulting similarity index must not exceed 30%. When uploading the work, the plagiarism check report document must be attached
4. Research Ethics Compliance Checklist
Project advisors must complete and submit the " Research Ethics Compliance Checklist" This form serves to confirm their oversight of the project's methodology, procedures, and adherence to the required ethical standards for researchers.
5. Presentation file
Oral presentations must be prepared in English and saved as PDF files (.pdf) only, which should be controlled by the speakers themselves. Presenters for oral sessions are not permitted to upload their files directly to the computer in the presentation room or to present from online storage services. All presentation files must be submitted in advance by the deadline and via the method specified by the conference organizers.
6. E-Poster (for "Project Popular Vote" activity)
Participants submitting work in both oral presentation and poster presentation formats must prepare an E-Poster sized 1,705 x 2,272 pixels in portrait orientation, with 300 dpi resolution, in JPEG or PNG file format. The content must be written in English
Important Note:
Participants in the Oral Presentation category are required to deliver a 12-minute presentation in English using visual aids. This is followed by a 10-minute Q&A session, also conducted in English. Any unused presentation time will be added to this Q&A session, maintaining a combined duration of 22 minutes. Subsequently, there will be an additional 3-minute Q&A period, followed by a 5-minute transition time for the next presenter.
